Nos gusto mucho este hotel y la zona de Tsilivi, es una zona con muchas opciones de restaurantes y sitios para tomar algo, o actividades de ocio. Hay una playa cerca que no es bonita pero esta bien para tomar el sol un dia. También hay muchos sitios que dejan usar la piscina. Además esta a 15 min o menos en moto o coche de Zante la capital de la isla. Viktor es muy amable y siempre esta atento de que tengas una buena estadia. Sin duda quiero volver.

Un apartamento nuevo, amplio y con estilo. Equipado muy completo (solo falta el microondas), pero por lo demás tiene hasta un cuarto de lavandería con suministro de detergente y suavizante. Limpieza diaria. Aparcamiento en la propiedad. Cerca del aeropuerto. Tienen el detalle de dejar una cesta llena de galletitas y la nevera cargada de agua y zumo. La atención fue excepcional. Perfecto para visitar la Isla de Zante.

El apartamento está fenomenal y es muy cómodo. Nos gustó que el apartamento se limpiase a diario. Isavella es muy simpática y nos recibió a la hora que habíamos acordado para la entrega de las llaves. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la isla. Lo recomiendo totalmente y si vuelvo a Zante, me volvería a alojar aquí.

La ubicación es maravillosa, con una vistas impresionantes. Un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y estar aislado unos días a solo 30 minutos de Zante. Tuvimos un problema con el agua debido a una gran tormenta y Dimitri no dudo en venir a arreglarlo tan pronto como pudo.

Es un pequeño hotel muy bien ubicado. Cerca del puerto deportivo y frente tiene unas pequeñas calas para bañarse en la capital de Zante. El personal es muy atento.

Palatino hotel was a great choice for our vacation. It is located just few minutes walk from the beach (the beach is nice but stony, there is also a beach bar where you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella), it is also close to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. Room had a big balcony, was clean and spacious. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. Strongly recommended hotel.

Todo, la ubicacion la habitación el personal la comodidad de verdad me hubiera quedado muchos días mas. EL desayuno muy rico tipo buffe.

The hotel's location is excellent, quiet and convenient, with lots of greenery around it. Parking your vehicle is very easy. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and had a great view from its' balcony. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped. The pool area and the pool itself are very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was served in a beautiful and spacious room, it had a lot of choices and every day something new was added. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the hotel, we highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Zakynthos.

Great hotel with amazing staff, especially the restaurant offered a wide variety of food, the waiters were super-friendly. Nicely decorated, modern hotel with a big pool for swimming and nice beach nearby. Highly recommended!! 🙂

Excellent food, amazing stuff everything nice and clean.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my trip was celebrating my birthday during my stay. To my surprise, the staff surprised me at midnight with a mouthwatering cake that was the best I've ever tasted! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. Dimitra, a member of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional, always wearing a smile. Mike at the bar crafted the most amazing cocktails on the island, if not in all of Greece. The reception girls, including Sotiris, was attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Alexandros ensured that our stay was exceptional. The personalized experience provided by the staff was truly outstanding.

Reading some of the negative comments, I admit I was a little bit nervous but once I reached I realized one thing: everything about the Hotel is simply wonderful! Extremely clean rooms and surroundings, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, such kind and professional people doing everything to make you feel at home. Don't trust the negative comments! There is air conditioning in the room, wifi free of charge, free toiletries, literally 5 min very slow walking from the beautiful beach of Kalamaki and around 10 min walking from the main tavernas on the street, plenty of space for parking inside the hotel and outside in the street. If ever back to Zakynthos I'd definitely come back to the same place! ❤

Great new facilities, big rooms big beds with extra comfortable mattress. Room aircon is a big plus. WiFi was great and kids could watch cartoons at the tablet. Location is great to relax in a quiet environment with great views. If you want to spend all night partying, as some others have commented, get a look at the map first. You get easy access to every sightseeing of Zakynthos Island. We bought our excursion from the reception (helpful with everything we asked) and the bus picked us up just outside the hotel. The best for the children was the private boat tour! Very nice food, with variety all around. Covid measures implemented everywhere and you also had to wear gloves at the restaurant so you don’t touch things from other guests. That was great.
